Our 6-ounce NY style cookies have the perfect texture, crispy in the outside and soft and chewy in the inside. We make each cookie by hand and baked fresh to order.
For that signature gooey center, we suggest to warm them in the microwave, (outside of its package), for 6 - 8 seconds, or in a preheated oven at 350F for 3-4 minutes until warm and gooey.
For a favorable flavor and freshness, we recommend freezing any cookies you don’t plan to eat immediately.
